Breathe. Sounds so easy sometimes. Just breathe. Life gets crazy, we go crazy, and others go crazy. But life keeps going till it doesn’t. I am always wanting to be a better me, and to make life wonderful for my daughters. Sometimes, I just need to stop and breathe. This bracelet was given to my at work. We all at work received one.
It is so nice 1) to receive something at work, and 2) it is a nice reminder to slow down and take in life.
This week, I am going to not worry so much, and try and be in the moment. Just breathe!
