I love wearing large over sized sweaters. They give me comfort. Maybe it is all due to my insecurities. The oversized hides my tummy. Why every, I love the warmth and security I feel in them.
Of course, I bought this one on sale this week. Lately, I noticed that I have been gravitating towards grey. I used to wear a lot of black, so I think it is part of my change. Change as I start to enjoy my own body. Not so afraid to stand out.
Poncho sweaters have been a common fashion sweater for a few years. They have simple sleeves like mine that pull over. They have fringe or buttons. Some have turtle necks. Others have long sleeves. They are great for quick warmth and fashion.
I personally love fringe, and enjoy the way fringe looks. In this sweater, it helps to move the eyes down and not on my stomach! My part I like to hid (oh and my arms).
I pair the poncho sweater with cuffed pants and black boots. My boots are from Target. I may wear them too much, but they are so comfortable and easy to go. I also wore a simple white tee under.
